Has anyone watched Camille (1936) with Greta Garbo and Robert Taylor?

If you have seen this movie, do you know what book Armand gives to Marguerite? If you know the name could you please tell me? I'd really like to read it. It's some name in French. Manon... or something like that. Thanks for your help!

Reply:Camille is the song and music less version of Verde's opera "La Traviata" meaning the lost one. If you liked Camile and music Traviata is a great classic!Pavarotti has recorded it,there are several great movies of this opera' It is portrayed in the movie Pretty Woman when they fly to Frisco to hear it.! This opera is Verde's crowning glory, all lyrical not one boring aria.Placido Domingo made the best movie. Manon can not touch it treat yourself to it!
