Have they ever made a movie of Marguerite Henry's book, "King of the Wind"?

I think it would make an awesome movie!

Have they ever made a movie of Marguerite Henry's book, "King of the Wind"?
Yes, they have made a movie of Marguerite Henry's book, "King of the Wind." It was made in 1989-1990. I typed it up onto imdb. Here is the link: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0097668/

Although I do wish they would make a new one because it would be totally awesome. I have never seen the movie. I have no clue if it was good or not and if it follows everything that happens in the book.
Reply:I have always thought a movie should be made from the "Misty" sequel, "Stormy". It is actually more about Misty than the original one.

Do you all know that Misty and Stormy were real?

They have been preserved by taxidermy and are on dispay from time to time on what is left of the old Beebe farm (most has been sold for development ).
Reply:I don't think they have, but it would definately be an amazing film... especially with today's movie technology. omg, they BETTER be planning a movie, i really want to see it.
Reply:Yes, they did. It was a British movie and it was made in 1990. My grandkids loved it. It might be available as a DVD on Amazon.
Reply:OMg I LOVE that book...I have read it FOUR times. That;s the most i have ever read any book lol...yes I agree it would make an awesome movie, I hope they have/do xD
