You cannot be serious. I was actually suprised to see that you didn't post your debit card number and expiration date as well. This is definately not the right place to be asking to have a stop payment on a debit card transaction. A question for anyone who watches the whole seasons of "Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's The Lost World"? 1999-2002
I am looking for the name of two episodes of this series.
Here are some clues.
The first one is when Marguerite, Roxton and Malone find a woman in red dead. Then, they try to run from a storm and shelter in an abandoned mansion or castle and dressed in costumes from a spell that Marugurite maybe read on a necklace while she was in a bathtub. Challenger saved them by breaking the spell and at the end, everyone except Challenger were naked.
The Second one is Marguerite goes into a cave where there is purple hallucinogenic gases. Marguerite wanted to go on a picnic, but her colleagues refused. There were jungle men turned into jelly. Veronica and Malone fought with skeletons. They found roxton in the cave breathing those purple hallucinogenic gases. Challenger bombs the cave. At the end, Marguerite says she didn’t say she wanted to on a picnic.

The movie and novel versions of The Five People You Meet in Heaven create one body. In that way, they are the same. They both have the major skeletal system that holds the story together, but the smaller systems, or details, are very different. Although they are one body, one overpowers the other with its use of imager, details, and feelings. Showing instead of telling, the novel made the story come alive and the movie broght it out on screen. It seems like the charachters in the novel were brought to life and werw used as the cast in the movie. Albom described Eddie as "a squat, white-haired old man, with a short neck, a barrel chest, thick forearms, and a faded army tattoo on his right shoulder," which is exactly how the movie depicted Eddie. Also, the movie and novel versions of Marguerite were twins. Even deeper than appearance, the personality and characteristics of the character matched beautifully. those are my two first paragraphs and one sentece of the third...

Her name is Marguerite. She is the most beautiful girl on earth. I'll love her forever and I told in a note that took me 4 hours to write. The note that Andrew threw into the fireplace was about the rendezvous with Percy at midnight in the Library.
To me the most realistic scenes are many of the ones between Percy and Marguerite. They had such chemistry onscreen, it made their love for each other seem very real.
However, the scene where he comes up behind her in the Library and she didn't recognize him didn't ring true. I think she would have known it was him right away.

I was surprised that she held her tounge and found it amusing when she would say "wow, look at that, that sure is pretty" and he would just sigh....I think he's using the show to air his views and not to try to learn anything. He is stuck in his mindset and noone or nothing is going to change that. He had some good points although he would drive me up the wall. That was all he talked about, all they aired anyway. I think her friends are a little clueless as to how hard it is to just come back to New Orleans and rebuild. I feel that blacks do have it harder here in the U.S. They have to work harder to get what they want. But to shout out statistics about how many are in prisons and unemployed, who's fault is that? Can we just blame everything on the white man? Do you see Jewish people blaming all their problems on Hitler? I think almose every race was enslaved at one time or another. As long as you keep focussing on what you don't have, why you don't have it and who's keeping you from having it then you'll never get ahead. Do you think Oprah, Condoleeza or all of the successfull actors, politicians, doctors, lawyers, athletes, musicians..etc.....of color sit back and complain how they've been mistreated? No, because they get off their asses and do something about it. They work, go to school, get an education and show the white man that they have a right just as any other person to Life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Does anybody have that cookbook "step-by-step cookery" by Marguerite Patten?
Its a fairly old book I think first printed in the 60s, but she is a famous cook and her books are used around the world so its a pretty standard household edition in many countries.
Anyway my point is, if anyone has it, would you mind checking under cookies or biscuits and finding this recipe for chocolate biscuits that you dont bake, that you set in the fridge. Maybe if I remember right iyou made it into a roll and then sliced them into cookies?
Anyway I remember my Mum making them as a kid and I remember the cook book so well (thats why I remember the title) but she has since thrown it out because it got all tatty, and I miss those cookies!!!

Anyway my point is, if anyone has it, would you mind checking under cookies or biscuits and finding this recipe for chocolate biscuits that you dont bake, that you set in the fridge. Maybe if I remember right iyou made it into a roll and then sliced them into cookies?

Ingredients

"It came upon..." Why "it"? what is "it"? You could make this poem seem more fanciful and original if you said, "Once upon a same time"...consider it. Also, I'd recommend putting "the man truly understood" in parenthesis...that way it shows why it doesn't form part of the existing sentence structure. Another option would be dashes "--", but parenthesis would be more conventional.
Your second stanza starts out on the wrong foot. You might try changing the order of lines so they read,
Open to share emotion
Funny and thoughtful was he
A man of calm commotion (use "A" instead of "the")
Brave enough for poetry
In the last stanza, consider that your third line must read well from the first, because the second line is an interjection. For example, the following should make sense and read naturally:
"A happenstance connection entered my soul reflection" but it doesn't seem natural to me. If you'd said:

The young teen Chris LaBonty was illegally driving and racing his fathers Bmw 335i against two other anonymous drivers on 4-24-08 at 11:32 PM on Marguerite in Mission Viejo.. "He was not wearing his seat belt upon impact with the Audi A4", say the authorities. When his car's tires lost traction and the car spun out of control and made impact with one of the other racers audi a4's. His body was thrown from the car through the windshield. I am 100% honest. I'm assuming that Fuller is the surname. Anyways, Evelyn and Marguerite are both beautiful and feminine classics! It's really hard to find such a classic and lovely name in a world of trendy Madisons and Jaydens.
This name is a great name to grow up with; cute, sweet yet mature and just really lovely.

Gardening in southern Spain?
please could Ihave suggestions for unusual herbaceous perennials and other species to give a cottagy feel to a large Andalusian garden? I already have, osteos, marguerites, hollyhocks, cosmos and want to recreate a wild look apart from the usual architectural plants ie palms and succulents found in this area.Any suggestions would be appreciated

Yahoo email address not accepted and mail not getting through?
Not only do some retail sites not accept my correct Yahoo email address and so I have had to enter my work email address instead, but I recently did not get several emails from some one in Jamaica. This is one case I know of. Who knows who else is having trouble getting through to me via my Yahoo email account that I dont know of.
Whats up with these two problems???

The King James Bible is for the most part a copy of Tyndale's translation. Had as large an impact on the shaping of the english language as Shakespeare.

She internalizes the idea that blond hair is beautiful and that she is a fat black girl trapped in a nightmare. As Maya gets older, she is confronted by more overt and personal incidents of racism, such as a white speaker’s condescending address at her eighth-grade graduation, her white boss’s insistence on calling her Mary, and a white dentist’s refusal to treat her. The importance of Joe Louis’s world championship boxing match to the black community reveals the dearth of publicly recognized African American heroes. It also demonstrates the desperate nature of the black community’s hope for vindication through the athletic triumph of one man. These unjust social realities confine and demean Maya and her relatives. Maya is shuttled around to seven different homes between the ages of three and sixteen: from California to Stamps to St. Louis to Stamps to Los Angeles to Oakland to San Francisco to Los Angeles to San Francisco. As expressed in the poem she tries to recite on Easter, the statement “I didn’t come to stay” becomes her shield against the cold reality of her rootlessness. Besieged by the “tripartite crossfire” of racism, sexism, and power, young Maya is belittled and degraded at every turn, making her unable to put down her shield and feel comfortable staying in one place. When she is thirteen and moves to San Francisco with her mother, Bailey, and Daddy Clidell, she feels that she belongs somewhere for the first time. Maya identifies with the city as a town full of displaced people.
Maya’s personal displacement echoes the larger societal forces that displaced blacks all across the country. She realizes that thousands of other terrified black children made the same journey as she and Bailey, traveling on their own to newly affluent parents in northern cities, or back to southern towns when the North failed to supply the economic prosperity it had promised. African Americans descended from slaves who were displaced from their homes and homelands in Africa, and following the Emancipation Proclamation in 1862, blacks continued to struggle to find their place in a country still hostile to their heritage.

I read this book as a sophomore in high school and I don't remember the 5th lesson! I remember the first four - with the Blue Man, the Captain, Marguerite, and Ruby. I know the fifth person was Tala, a little girl. But the lesson escapes me. For example, Ruby teaches Eddie he needs to learn to forgive. What was that fifth lesson? Thanks so much! :)

In a sense, she was a psychopomp (a guide to the other realm in Jungian psychology) who led him through death into eternal life. She was also a kind of mirror image since she, too, had suffered unjustly from things that were done to her. By 'healing' her at the river, he also healed himself.

First, though, when she speaks of wasting time, she's talking very specifically about hanging around, waiting for something to happen. She's not talking about goofing off and having fun. She illustrates by referencing, "...all the young people hanging around outside churches and public places..."
So the quote is only appropriate if that's the sense you have of wasting time.
And to her it's a little frightening, but it's *less* frightening than people shugging off to work as drones lost in the masses, "just so as to stay alive."
If you haven't read it, read the whole essay, and some others by her. She can be difficult to get a handle on, because her writing is very accessible (in translation) but her ideas are complicated tangles of emotion, ideology, philosophy, politics, everyday life, and more.

the painting is 24 inches by 20 inches,the woman is wearing a red dress,her hair is dark,her eyes are brown,also she is wearing ornate hoop gold earrings and a black shawl with red flowers,is draped across her left shoulder.All I want,is to have a little history and to know something about this talented artist who so deserves some recognition,at the very least,to let her know how much I appreciate her work.I purchased this oil painting because the young woman so resembles my 21 year old daughter.Hope someone can help me!I live in Florida,USA and that is where I acquired this beautiful art!
